Simulation and Economic Research of Circulating Cooling Water Waste Heat and Water Resource Recovery System

Industrial circulating cooling water contains a large amount of low-quality energy, which is lost to the environment through towers. It great significance and potential recover waste heat improve energy-saving effects economic efficiency. However, effect common harvesting energy saving devices not significant. Heat pumps have been shown be effective in improving conversion systems, although there are many applications pump scenarios engineering practice. Based on this, recovery solution resource using lithium bromide absorption has put forward. The performance system was simulated analyzed Aspen Plus V10.0 (Bedford, MA, USA) explore parameters working medium evaporators, condensers, absorbers, generators, exchangers, etc., modelling results indicated that evaporation pressure temperature influence COP (coefficient performance) can raise thermal economy system. from driving steam heating capacity both increased with increase generating temperature, while difference between condensation inhibits systems.
